
We delved a long way down into our bag of tricks to brew this amazing beer to celebrate our 6th Birthday. Sorcery was brewed using an iterative Mash technique, had a nice long boil, was fermented using two different Yeasts (including a special high ABV tolerant yeast) and then had a generous splash of Carribean Rum added. The results are a stunning, bold beer. Plenty of body, like any good Stout, paired with black coffee and chocolate notes, balanced with the sweetness from 15.5% ABV and hints of rum and tobacco coming through. Best served 7-10 Degrees Celcius. 440ml Cans.
